Domains and Monitoring
WebUse ZynoHosting > Domains to connect and verify domains for sites you can access. Use the site's monitoring and analytics areas to review service and traffic signals.
Connect a domain
- Open the target site and select the domain or hostname action.
- Enter the domain and choose the supported connection option available to your organization.
- Add the DNS records shown in ZynoHosting at your DNS provider, or complete the provider connection flow when it is available.
- Return to the domain status to confirm DNS evidence and certificate status.
The domain remains pending until the required DNS evidence is visible. Do not remove a record that ZynoHosting marks as required. A verified domain can still require a certificate or serving configuration operation before it becomes active.
Provider connections, discovery, and DNS change sets
When your organization enables a supported DNS or registrar provider, an administrator can connect that provider from the Domains area. The connection shows only the capabilities that provider supports.
Use Discover to review domains available through a connected provider, then import the domains your organization manages in ZynoHosting. Importing a domain adds it to your Hosting inventory; it does not silently take over DNS control.
Create a DNS change set to review the records ZynoHosting plans to add, update, or remove. Confirm the domain and every record before submitting it. A change set applies asynchronously, and its result remains separate from DNS propagation at the external provider. If your organization keeps DNS external, publish the records at that provider and use ZynoHosting to monitor the evidence.
Domain status

| Pending DNS | ZynoHosting is waiting for the required DNS record or for DNS propagation. |
| Verified | The required DNS evidence is present. A related serving or certificate operation can still be in progress. |
| Active | The hostname is available through the configured site. |
| Needs attention | The portal identifies a DNS, certificate, or configuration issue that prevents the expected state. |
Provider connections are available only when your organization enables a supported provider and your account can manage it. DNS changes made outside ZynoHosting remain subject to the provider's propagation time.
Monitoring and analytics
The site overview can show current availability, request and error signals, TLS information, and traffic insights. Analytics access can be granted separately from site-management access.
Use the visible date range and filters to focus on a period or site. Analytics uses the site's configured privacy and reporting settings; it is not a raw visitor record browser. See Hosting Analytics to understand properties, collection modes, retention, and cross-site tracking.
Domain monitoring records DNS, registrar/expiry, HTTP redirect, and TLS observations. An active condition creates an alert for the organization. You can acknowledge an alert when your role allows it, but acknowledgement does not resolve the underlying condition; the next observation continues to report a real problem.
Deliverability and DNS changes
When a site uses approved mail or edge integrations, ZynoHosting displays the DNS records and status that apply to that integration. Add only the records shown for the selected integration. Deliverability monitoring checks SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and records the latest result for the domain.
an administrator can enable or disable deliverability monitoring and request a fresh check. Disabling it resolves active deliverability alerts while keeping the domain's check history. If a status remains pending after the provider's normal propagation time, compare the published record with the expected value and contact support with the domain and status details.
