Searching And Filtering
WebWorkstationMobileUse search and filters when the contact list is too large to browse manually.
Quick search
- Open Customers & Contacts.
- Type in Search.
- Press Enter.
Search can match contact names, alternate names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, and zyno.id Keytag # values. Phone-style searches are standardized before searching, which helps when numbers are typed with spaces, dashes, or parentheses.
Use Advanced when you need to search by address.
Advanced filters
Select Advanced to filter by specific fields:

Select Apply to run the filter or Clear to remove filter values.
Scan a zyno.id Keytag
On ZynoWorkstation, members can scan their own Keytag, or staff can select Scan zyno.id Keytag # from the Customers & Contacts toolbar. ZynoSuite reads the tag, removes the zyno.id URL prefix if present, and opens the matching contact profile.
If no contact is found, verify that the tag number is saved on the contact profile. For assigning Keytags, ordering keychains, and check-in, see zyno.id Keytags.
Loading more results
The contact list loads more rows as you scroll. If you do not see the contact, narrow the search with a phone number, email address, or zyno.id Keytag #.
