Sales Automations

Open Admin > ZynoSales > Automations to manage automations that react to completed Sales activity.

Sales runs enabled automations after the qualifying sale activity is recorded. An automation does not interrupt, reopen, or invalidate a completed sale.

Create an automation

  1. Create an automation and give it a name that states its purpose.
  2. Choose the trigger: a tab closes, a product sells, or a modifier sells.
  3. Add filters for the source, location, initial tab, or revision when the automation should apply only to a subset of sales.
  4. Choose whether the action applies to the tab contact or the effective contact.
  5. Add the CRM tag action: add tags, remove tags, or remove a normalized-name prefix.
  6. Set the priority and enable the automation.

Lower priority values run first. Avoid using the same priority for automations whose combined tag changes depend on an order.

Test and operate automations

Use the preview view to see which enabled automations match a Sales tab before relying on the configuration. The run history shows completed and failed runs. Review failed runs, correct the configuration when necessary, and retry the run from its history entry.

You can disable an automation without deleting it, duplicate one to create a variation, or delete an automation that is not needed.
