Bookable products are the services staff sell and schedule on a Sales tab. Configure the product's booking activity, duration, capacity effects, resources, deposits, and required forms.

Duration

• In a resource-driven activity, the product duration controls the scheduled time.
• In a variable-duration activity, staff choose one of the activity's allowed durations; the product duration is the pricing reference.
• In a fixed-slot activity, the activity slot duration controls the scheduled time.

Enable Allow custom time when staff may select a different end time for that product. The configured duration remains the default.

Processing time and shared minutes

Use Processing Offset and Processing Duration when a resource is only needed for part of the scheduled product duration. Set both values together, and keep the offset plus processing duration within the product duration.

For an activity that uses shared-time capacity, the product's duration minutes are the minutes it consumes from that shared slot capacity. Configure the product duration to reflect that consumption; it is not a separate second time-consumption field.

Quantity, capacity, and resources

Set the product's minimum and maximum quantity and, when needed, its maximum quantity per slot. Activity and resource capacity still apply.

Add resource requirements for every resource type the product needs. For each requirement, set the resource type and quantity. Use qualifications when only selected resources may provide the product.

• Exclusive resources scale with product quantity.
• Shared resources receive one assignment while quantity consumes the relevant headcount or time capacity.

Variable-duration pricing

For variable-duration activities, the allowed duration carries its own price modifier. Sales calculates the product price from the selected duration, the product's base duration, and that modifier. Review the duration list whenever you change base pricing.

Deposits and online visibility

Products retain Requires deposit, fixed-amount or percentage deposit, and Available for online booking configuration. ZynoSales does not currently expose public booking checkout or a public booking creation page, so it does not collect booking deposits or present these products through a public browser booking flow. Staff handle the sale and any payment through Salespoint.

Required forms

Add required forms for waivers, consent, medical questionnaires, or other documents. For each form, select its validity rule and whether Sales evaluates the responsible party or each participant.

When a checked-in booking's tab is closed, Sales validates the required forms. Missing or expired required forms prevent the tab from closing until the requirement is satisfied. See Participants & Waivers.
